Flint River National Bank Conversion Details
Our system conversion will start at the close of business at 5:00pm on Friday,
September 14, 2012. During this time there is nothing you need to do.
The conversion will have no effect on your deposit account.
The conversion will have no effect on your loan.
Our system conversion will have no effect on your debit card.
Draft/Direct Deposit or Automated Clearing House (ACH) Entries
The conversion will have no effect on any drafts, direct deposits, or ACH entries.
Our website address, www.frnb.net, will remain the same. Due to the conversion process, the last date to schedule a transfer between accounts in Internet Banking will be Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 4:00 pm. You will still be able to log in to Internet Banking and view your account information. However, after Monday, September 17, 2012, there will be a link on the website that you will need to access to “re-enroll” in our Internet Banking system. The re-enrollment process link will be easy to use and as always, you can call us with any questions you may have.
As an additional security measure to protect our online banking customer information, we have added Multi-Factor Authentication to our Internet Banking site. During your initial log-in, you will be prompted to complete a few steps for the purpose of user authenticity. Should you encounter any problems with this new feature, please call us at 229-336-5666 and we will be glad to assist you.
Our Telephone Banking number, 229-336-9939, will remain the same. We will also be adding a toll free number, 1-855-257-0318, that will be accessible after September 17, 2012. Due to the conversion process, the last date to schedule a transfer between accounts through Telephone Banking will be Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 4:00 pm. After this date, you will still be able to call to listen to account information. On Monday, September 17, 2012, when you call Telephone Banking, you will need to enter your account number when prompted, and then for your password, enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. You will then be prompted to change the password to one that you choose. If you have any difficulty with the process, please call us and we will be glad to assist you.
Checks and Deposit Slips
The conversion will have no effect on your existing checks and deposit slips or on your future check orders. Account numbers will remain the same.
There will be no changes to the way receive your bank statements other than a slight change in the look of the actual statement.
